AUM is the basic sound of the universe; so by chanting it we are
symbolically and physically tuning in to that sound and acknowledging
our connection to all other living beings, nature and the universe.
The
12 chants of aum can be used in two ways, either chant with the
chant, or start your aum as the aum on the download is coming to an
end, in this way you will create a continuous sound.
