Holland House Retreat

Holland House stands in three acres of beautiful gardens alongside the River Avon and is situated in the beautiful Vale of Evesham, one of the “Gardens of England”. Since 1946 it has been a Christian retreat house, offering opportunities for individuals and groups, of all faiths and none, to visit for a single day, a weekend or longer. With twenty-seven bedrooms, a beautiful bespoke chapel, a variety of meeting rooms and three acres of gardens, Holland House is a wonderful venue in which to rest, create, learn, discuss, or simply be quiet.

Holland House is in Cropthorne, Pershore, Worcestershire, the river Avon is a few minutes stroll away, 1 hr from Birmingham, less than 2 hrs from the M25. The five hatha yoga sessions during the weekend will include chakra work and pranayama/breath work, there will be a Mandala drawing session (no artistic skill required), a mindfulness workshop and relaxations including yoga nidra and a sound bath. The weekend will be an opportunity to stretch, enliven the body and mind, rejuvenate, contemplate and rest.

The cost of this retreat is £430 per person, £410 for returning students, which includes single/twin room with shared bathroom, all food and activities.
